Amend the Criminal Code Foundations Act​

Preamble:
Currently it's arguably legal to fail a pickpocketing attempt. This act seeks to criminalize the attempted theft of players

1. Short Title and Enactment
(a) This Act shall be referred to as the “Amendment to the Criminal Code Foundation Act"
(b) This Amendment was authored by Anthony Org.
(c) This Amendment comes into force immediately upon passage.

2. Amendments
Section 2. Crimes against persons of the Criminal Code Foundation Act shall be amended as follows:

(f) Attempted Theft

(i) "Attempted Theft" shall be defined as the act of attempting to unlawfully take property from another person, including the use of force, intimidation, or threats of harm.

(ii) This offense shall be punishable by 5 minutes of jail, and monetary fine of $25

Aye - very simple amendment that criminalizes attempted theft. Finally punishing players who attempt, but fail, to pickpocket someone.
