Minimum Decrease: $200
Bidding ends: 24h after last bid or 72h after posting with no bid.
NOTE: This is a government build that is being retroactively tendered (There was staff shenanigans). There are a total of three sets of tenders (APT, Theatres, BBL). Between all sets of tenders for these builds, each entity may only win 2 total tenders (highest $ amount total). The rest will go to the second highest bidder unless they are over their limit and it would go to the third highest etc etc.
If someone wins multiple and they are the only bidders of all of them, they can go over the 2 total limit.
If someone wins multiple and they are the only bidders of 2 of them, they will get those 2.
If someone wins multiple and they are the only bidder of 1, they will get that and the highest dollar amount bid. The others will go to the second highest bidders unless they have also hit their limits etc.
If bidding on behalf of a company, it will count towards the limit of the owner of the company unless it is an LLC.
The MEA minister holds final say on the bidding winners and will strike a balance to make sure that everyone gets a chance while maximizing the amount of stuff tendered.
