This grant is for $3,000 and primarily for players to buy their first residential plot. Applicants cannot own any other plots, cannot have more than 15k in their company/balance/bank, and can only use this to purchase an r plot.
Application Template:
Name: <In game name and RP name>
Plot: <plot number that you're trying to buy>
Plans for payment: <a brief description of how you are planning to pay the rest of the funding>
Agreement: "I, <player name>, agree that the money can only be used for the purchase of the designated plot. I will obtain ownership of the plot within 7 days of being given the money and understand that failure to do so will lead to the money being taken away from me."
The Minister of Economic Affairs or a representative will respond and either approve or reject the application within 7 days.
NOTE: Applying and receiving this grant will be considered a legally binding contract to the agreement. Legal action will be taken in case of inability to obtain ownership of the plot within 7 days of the grant money being dispersed.
