Builder: Luke201556
Names: Dragon Pub, Arasaka Pub
Reasoning: Azalea's oldest surviving continues non-moved/repasted structure in private ownership/outside the government. Used as event spaces on multiple occasions and hosted Azalea's 6-month anniversary event.
Possible Vouchers: Westray, Lildigivert, Nopuu
Age: 25 months (approximated, time as of point of registration)

Not to be a bitch, but I am aware of two buildings that I believe to be older (In private ownership)

Both the skyscraper on b109 and the building at b045 are technically older, but both have been moved from their original position (hence the disclosure of non-moved/repasted) or where removed entirely from the map for an extended period, the closest contender is b062 which started construction before the pub but was not even close to completed until much later after the pub.
 
The plot was redrawn for B045 but I dont believe the building has ever moved, the other one I was thinking of was B061 - Cofys' building

B045 was vaulted for a good 2-3 months as it was a rented plot build before it was repasted onto b045. Cofys building is a good shout as they where built around the same time and I did forget about that but I think the pub is still older. I think the build on b045 is uncontested as the first private build on the server but b023 is the longest continues standing build
