- On August 18th, Biscuit Cookie sold gasoline to Amethyst.co for $6 (P-001)
- The price to buy gasoline is $18 (P-002)
- On August 18th, Biscuit Cookie resold two books sold by Amethyst.co for $40 (P-003)
- The price to buy one book was $140 (P-003)
- The price to buy the other was $130 (P-003)
Legal Claims:
- The defendant has violated Section 3 "Supplier Pay" of the Minimum Wage Act.
Prayer for Relief:
- Per the minimum wage the Plaintiff requests 50% of the buy price. Resulting in a total of $282
- Removal or edit the chest-shops in violation to the appropriate %50 or more of the buy price.
- Legal fees for the Plaintiff's time; as determined by the court.
- Any other Relief the court deems just or necessary.
