The Minister of Economic Affairs is the final arbiter in disputes on choosing the tender winner.
Failure to deliver the promised on time forfeits the win, in which case the Ministry of Economic Affairs reserves the right to either accept the next lowest bidder's offer or terminate the tender, at its sole discretion.
For each participating individual or legal entity, only their last bid submitted before the closing of the bidding period counts.
Bids which exceed the Starting Bid (set above) or fail to reduce the current lowest bid by at least the minimum bidding increment, shall be ignored as if they were not submitted.
