Amend Business Reform Act


1. Short Title and Enactment
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the "Business Reform Maintenance Act".
(b) This bill serves to amend the Business Reform Act.

2. Amendments
(a) The Business Reform Act shall be amended to add Section 10.e, which shall state: Regulated Financial Products Sub Companies registered as LLC's may, as long as they meet the requirements that are stated within section 5.c.iii of the Rebuild Banking Act, be given exemption from giving shareholder vote's within the company or any other requirements within 10.a to 10.d and section 12 in the Business Reform Act.
(b) The Business Reform Act shall also be amended to replace in section 4.c "...filing the same information in the subparts of Section 2a..." with "...filing the same information in the subparts of Section 4.a...".
(c) The Business Reform Act shall also be amended to replace in section 10.d "(d) If a limited company is majority-owned by one entity, that entity shall be responsible for electing the highest executive outlined in Section 4g, while the non-majority shareholders will be responsible for electing the Shareholder Representative outlined in Section 4h." with "(d) If a limited company is majority-owned by one entity, that entity shall be responsible for electing the highest executive outlined in Section 5.g, while the non-majority shareholders will be responsible for electing the Shareholder Representative outlined in Section 5.h."

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
