Establish the Name of District 1​

Preamble: Our district needs a proper unique name to reflect our pride and culture.

1. Short Title
(a) This ordinance shall be referred to as the “Cypress Bay Establishment Ordinance”.

2. District Name
(a) District 1 shall be named Cypress Bay, which shall serve as the primary name of the district for all local documentation moving forward. District 1 shall remain a valid alternative name for the district.

Enactment: This Ordinance comes into force immediately upon its publication.
