Allow the Ministry of Health (MoH) and MoH licensed doctors to possess and use spices for medical use.

Preamble:
It was recently discovered that some cures for specific diseases can only be obtained thru the use of spices, the Ministry of Health and doctors licensed by it shall have the power to use them for the well-being of our citizens.

1. Definitions:

(a) spices: See items in the “Prohibited items designation act”

2. Short Title and Enactment:

(a) This bill shall be referred to as the “Medical Use for Spices Act”
(b) This act comes into force immediately upon passage.

2. Spices use:

(a) Doctors employed by or licensed through the Ministry of Health (MoH) shall have lawful access to spices and its farming to assure Azaleans with medical treatments derived from them.
(b) The Ministry of Health shall be allowed to maintain a farm to cultivate those spices.
(c) The Ministry of Health shall at every time maintain an updated log of every medical facility in possession of spices.
(d) The Ministry of Health shall once a month inspect the facilities in possession of spices and verify the quantities owned.
(e) Any doctor licensed by the Ministry of Health who sells, distributes, or uses spices for personal use shall have their license revoked.
(f) any licensed doctor who wishes to posses and farm spices shall apply for a permit with the Ministry Of Health
