REPEAL THE NATIONAL OATH ACT
Preamble: not sure this act even ever got used, too complicate to organize anyway, time to get rid of it.
(1) Repeal:
(a) the National Oath Act shall be repealed in its entirety.
(2) Enactment:
This act shall come into force upon ratification.
