Type: Amendment to An Act of Parliament
Preamble: This bill aims to add repeat offenses to the NCCA in a way that considers new citizens of Azalea to a higher degree. It also aims to add in an additional crime for vandalism.
1. Short Title
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the “Repeat Offenses Act.”
(b) This bill was authored by Octavian Russell.
2. Amendments
The following fines and jail time will be amended in the following sections of the New Criminal Code Act, Section 4, 5 and 6. The addition of vandalism is also outlined in section 5.
Section 4. Crimes Against Persons
(a) Theft
(ii) Penalty: 20 minutes jail time; $200 fine; restitution of taken property
(b) Assault
(ii) Penalty: 15 minutes jail time; $500 fine
Section 5. Crimes Against Property
(a) Trespassing
(ii) Penalty: 15 minutes jail time; $250 fine
(b) Bank Robbery
(ii) Penalty: 60 minutes jail time; $10000 fine; full restitution of stolen assets
Section 6. Crimes Against the Government
(a) Resisting Arrest
(ii) Penalty: $200 fine
(b) False Police Report
(ii) Penalty: 15 minutes jail time; $50 fine
3. Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.

(1) First Offense: 5 minutes jail time; $50 fine
(2) Second Offense: 10 minute jail time; $100 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 20 minutes jail time; $200 fine
(b) Assault
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 5 minutes jail time; $25 fine
(2) Second Offense: 10 minute jail time; $50 fine
(3) Third Offense: 15 minute jail time; $125 fine
(4) Subsequent Offenses: 15 minutes jail time; $250 fine
Section 5. Crimes Against Property
(a) Trespassing
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 5 minutes jail time; $50 fine
(2) Second Offense: 10 minute jail time; $125 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 15 minutes jail time; $250 fine
(b) Bank Robbery
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 30 minutes jail time; $1000 fine; full restitution of stolen assets
(2) Second Offense: 45 minute jail time; $2500 fine; full restitution of stolen assets
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 60 minutes jail time; $5000 fine; full restitution of stolen assets
(d) Vandalism(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 5 minutes jail time; $50 fine
(2) Second Offense: 10 minute jail time; $100 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 10 minutes jail time; $100 fine per offense or $500, whichever is less.
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) Breaking property that you are not a part of.
(2) Killing an animal on a property that you are not a part of.
(3) Firing a projectile through glass on a property that you are not part of.
Section 6. Crimes Against the Government
(a) Resisting Arrest
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: $50 fine
(2) Second Offense: $100 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: $200 fine
(b) False Police Report
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 5 minutes jail time; $25 fine
(2) Second Offense: 10 minute jail time; $25 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 15 minutes jail time; $50 fine
3. Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
