Appointment of Standalone Health Director

MAYORAL ORDER
APPOINTMENT OF STANDALONE HEALTH DIRECTOR​

Under sections 4(c) and (d) of the Local Representation Act and section 3(b) of the Salmonberry Establishment Ordinance, I, Multi Man (Multiman155), Mayor of the Free District of Salmonberry, make the following Order:

1. Appointment

(a) Oleander Mortis (_otterbee_) is appointed Health Director, heading the Department of Health. The previous Health Director is dismissed from the position.

2. Service and responsibilities

(a) The appointee shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and exercise the powers and perform the duties assigned to their office by national law and the Salmonberry Establishment Ordinance.

(b) The appointee shall be a member of the Advisory Council by virtue of holding their departmental office, under section 6(b) of the Salmonberry Establishment Ordinance.

3. Compensation

Compensation for this appointment shall be governed by the Salmonberry Salary and Compensation Ordinance.

4. Effect

This Order and the appointment made by it take effect immediately upon publication.
