Terms

• Starting Bid: $80,000
• Bidding Begins: Immediately
• Bidding Closes: 2026-09-27 13:30 UTC, or 24 hours after the last bid (if at least one bid has been received), whichever comes first. If a valid bid is received within the final 10 minutes before closing, the closing time will be extended by 10 minutes from that bid. This may repeat, and bidding will remain open until 10 minutes pass with no new valid bid.
• Delivery Deadline: Within 96 hours of confirmation of the winning bid.
• Delivery Location: MUD Warehouse (mud-warehouse), drop off room #6A.
• Minimum Bidding Decrement: $1,000
• Payment Due: 5 Days (120 hours) after delivery

Rules

1. The Minister of Economic Affairs is the final arbiter in disputes on choosing the tender winner.
2. Failure to deliver the promised goods on time forfeits the win. In this case, the Minister of Economic Affairs reserves the right to either accept the next lowest bidder's offer or terminate the tender, at its sole discretion.
3. For each participating individual or legal entity, only their last bid submitted before the closing of the bidding period counts.
4. Bids which fail to either reduce the current lowest bid by at least the minimum bidding decrement or bring the tender price to $0 shall be ignored as if they were no submitted.

Warning: The MUD warehouse currently has a creaking infestation caused by a neighboring plot. We recommend delivering during the in-game day. In-game nighttime delivery is strongly discouraged and at your own risk.
