Control the spread of Creakings across Azalea Isles
Preamble: This Act aims to help citizens feel safer around certain areas of the Isles.
1. Creaking Heart R-plot restrictions.
(a) Hearts have a 32 spawn radius around them, thus a heart should be no closer than 16 blocks away from an R-plot.
(i) Any individuals, or corporations found to be in violation will face a $500 fine, per heart, weekly until they are removed or put outside of the 16 block range.
2. Creaking Heart i-plot restrictions.
(a) Hearts must remain 9 blocks or more underground where they cannot spawn on the surface.
(i) Any individuals, or corporations found to be in violation will face a $5 fine, per heart, weekly until they are removed or put outside of the 9 block range.
(ii) Creaking found nearby the MUD warehouse are exempt, they live there naturally, and will not be disturbed.
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
