Why do you want to become a staff member for CityRP?
I would like to become a staff member for CityRP because I genuinely care about the server and its community. I enjoy encouraging people to get online, helping new players learn the server, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone can have fun. Customer service is something I truly enjoy. In real life, I work in customer-facing roles and have management experience, which has taught me the importance of patience, communication, professionalism, and resolving issues fairly. I enjoy helping people and making sure they have a positive experience, and I believe those skills would allow me to contribute as a staff member. I also want to be honest about my past. I know I haven't always had the best attitude or made the best decisions, but I've taken the time to reflect and grow from those experiences. I've matured, developed a new perspective, and found a greater purpose in helping others rather than contributing to negativity. My goal is to support the community, provide excellent assistance to players, and do everything I can to help CityRP continue to grow and thrive.
