Your honor a clerical oversight was made and it was brought to my attention that ResetUrPassword and RandomInvader are representatives of the crown and should be exempt from writs of requisition. Thank you

Conditionally Approved Requisition
In light of previous precedent established in Writ of Requisition for the Dead (December 2025), writ of requisition is hereby granted with conditions, and the Azalean Collection Agency is authorized to collect assets from the individuals listed in the attached file in accordance with the provisions set out in the Inactive Requisition Act. The conditions are as follows:
  • Should any part of the file be modified without the explicit approval of the Court, this writ will be immediately invalidated.
  • Any citizen who has appeared in Azalea Isles before the collection of their balance must be exempted from this collection. That means their last seen data should be examined before taking money out of their account.
  • Given the large number of citizens, mail must be sent to the respective legally dead individual when the government takes money from them. This mail must inform them that their balance has been requisitioned in accordance with the Inactive Requisition Act.
  • The Government must report back to this Court no later than April 30, 2025, on the status of these requisitions
Additionally, as per usual, the Azalean Collection Agency shall be expected to disclose this information to the impacted individual in accordance with the law. Under §5d of the Inactive Requisition Act, the government must "publish a notice that is easily and publicly accessible that provides the individual’s username, legal name, and states their balance has been requisitioned"

The granting of this requisition was made based on the evidence presented to this court and on the expectation that the provisions of the law shall be followed. The approval of this requisition does not grant the Azalean Collection Agency, or by extent the government, the ability to disregard or misrepresent any part of the Inactive Requisition Act.

Signed,
Hon. Chief Justice Raymond West
