The preference for a forum trial is noted.

Could you please briefly explain to the court why exhibit P-004 is relevant to this case and should in your opinion be admitted?

Your Honour,
The evidence I wish to submit shows the defendant reaching out to me; in attempt to harass or change my opinion about this case. I ask the court to allow it's submission.

With Respect,

The request to admit exhibit P-004 into the evidence is hereby respectfully denied. The Court neither sees nor has been provided with any meritorious reason for its legal relevance to this case.

None of the conduct depicted in P-004 appears to be illegal or otherwise worthy of reprimand. Generally speaking, the Judiciary of Azalea Isles even encourages parties of civil disputes to seek out-of-court solutions where possible.

Your Honour,

The plaintiff asks the court to reconsider. It seems to misunderstand; the defendant did not wish to settle and instead just wished to harass the plaintiff.

Denied. The Court respectfully sees no harassment within P-004, just what seems to be a polite request by the Defendant to consider leniency.
