Essential Tools for Citizens Act
Preamble: This act ensures that no new player is disadvantaged in their ability to gather resources within the isles to make their game experience easier, participate more in the economy, or contribute to the development by having easier access to the mines or to the wild for the wood.

1. Short Title
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the "Essential Tools for Citizens Act".

2. Basic Tools Guarantee
(a) Provision of Tools

(i) The Government shall ensure that every new citizen of the nation is provided with:​

(ii) One (1) Diamond Pickaxe​

(iii) One (1) Diamond Axe​

(iv) Sixteen(16) Onion rings, Sixteen(16) Cooked Porkchops, Sixteen(16) Corndogs, Sixteen(16) Steamed Brussels​

Enactment: This Act shall come into force 1 week upon passage

Improved Starter Gear Amendment
Preamble: We must improve the starter gear for newcomers

1. Short Title and Authorship
(a) This may be referred to as the "Improved Starter Gear Amendment".
(b) This amendment act was written by Robi Safran D'Azalea.

2. Amendment
(a) Section 2(a)(ii) of the Essential Tools for Citizens Act shall be amended as follows.
One (1) Iron Pickaxe Diamond Pickaxe

(b) Section 2(a)(iii) of the Essential Tools for Citizens Act shall be amended as follows.
One (1) Iron Pickaxe Diamond Axe

(c) Section 2(a)(iv) of the Essential Tools for Citizens Act shall be added as follows.
iv. Sixteen(16) Onion rings, Sixteen(16) Cooked Porkchops, Sixteen(16) Corndogs, Sixteen(16) Steamed Brussels

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
