Preamble: The New Criminal Code Act lacks the crime of immigrant exploitation that was enacted into law by the Immigrant Exploitation Act. This law moves the substantive crime into the NCCA and repeals the old law, while updating the penalty to be in line with modern standards. This helps to fill an extant gap in the NCCA while reducing crimes possibly on the books in other laws.
1. Short Title and Authorship
(a) This may be referred to as the "Electoral Registration Cleanup Amendment Act".
(b) This amendment act was written by Multi Man, MP.

(a) Section 9 of the New Criminal Code Act is amended by appending the following thereto:

Enactment: This act comes into force immediately upon passage.

2. Amendment
(a) Section 9 of the New Criminal Code Act is amended by appending the following thereto:
(g) Immigrant Exploitation
(i) Offense Type: Felony(ii) Penalty: $5000, plus mandatory disgorgement of profits(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:(1) Takes advantage of a new player's wealth, resources, and/or labor for one's own or another's profit or advantage without fair compensation to the new player. For purposes of this crime, a "new player" shall be any player with under 48 hours of total playtime.
3. Repeals
(a) The Immigrant Exploitation Act is repealed.
Enactment: This act comes into force immediately upon passage.
