Fix Possession charges​

Preamble: Possession is silly, lets fix that


1. Short Title and Enactment

(a) This bill shall be referred to as the “Possession Fix Act”.
(b) This bill was authored by Anthony Org
(c) This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.


2. Amendments

Section 10.c of the New Criminal Code Act shall be amended as follows:

(c) Possession of Prohibited Items
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 10 minutes jail time; $100 fine; confiscation
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) possesses less than 6 restricted prohibited items.
