Amend the Voter Registration Act
Preamble: Citizens need space, not to be all crammed into one piece of property.
1. Short Title & Enactment
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the “Prohibiting Clown Cars Amendment”.
(b) This bill was authored by Lysander Lyon.
2. Amendment to the Voter Registration Act
3. Plot Registration Limits
(a) There may not be more than three individuals registered to vote at a single plot or rental region.
(i) If a plot has a rental region, or more than one rental region, each rental region’s limit is separate, and the plot’s limit is also separate.
(b) If more than three individuals are registered to vote at a single plot or rental region, only the three oldest voter registrations will be valid. All later registrations after the oldest three shall be considered invalid voter registrations.
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon its passage.
