Repeal the Property Pricing and Creation Act​

Preamble: Section 6 of the Integrated Property Regulation Act ("IPRA") titled "Plot Pricing and Creation" conflicts with the Property Pricing and Creation Act ("PPCA". It is highly probably that the IPRA meant to repeal the PPCA, but it was erroneously omitted.


1. Repeal
(a) The Property Pricing and Creation Act shall be repealed in full.

Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
