I, Robert Bruce, Prosecutor, respectfully request the issuance of a subpoena requiring Musica to appear under oath as a witness at the upcoming hearing.
This request is made in connection with an ongoing investigation into financial transactions and activities involving Dino, who is known to be the leader of the Ministry of Justice. It is believed that Musica possesses relevant information pertinent to this investigation, which she has not yet disclosed. Her testimony is essential to uncovering the truth regarding the source and purpose of funds received by Dino, as well as his current business activities.
The issuance of this subpoena is necessary to ensure that all pertinent information is obtained to facilitate a thorough and complete investigation.
Thank you for your consideration and prompt action regarding this matter.

The Azalea Isles District Court has a few initial questions regarding this request. Please answer them to the best of your ability.
  1. Please inform the Court what your in-game username is, that we might verify your status as a Government Prosecutor.
(It appears your forum account isn't linked to an in-game account yet.)
  2. Are you authorized to represent the Azalea Isles Government in this matter?
  3. What manner of hearing are you referring to? A Parliamentary Hearing, a future trial in court or something else?
  4. Depending on the type of hearing, why do more ordinary alternative mechanisms, such as witness summoning during trial or section 13 of the Parliamentary Procedure Act not suffice? In other words, why is a subpoena necessary?
  5. With the context of the Court Orders Procedure Act, do you believe that requesting a subpoena via this method is permissible? If yes, please explain your reasoning on why.

You are also asked to swear the following: "I, (INSERT NAME HERE), hereby affirm that the allegations in this court order request AND all subsequent statements made in court are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief and that any falsehoods may bring the penalty of perjury."

Signed,
Hon. Judge Iturgen "jotoho" Bolir
