AMEND THE INACTIVE REQUISITION ACT​

Preamble: Government can tap into a larger amount of requisitioned funds from the dead, if the act is amended to include balances lower than $1000.

1. Short Title and Authorship
(a) This may be referred to as the "Requisition Expansion Amendment".
(b) This amendment act was written by Robi Safran D'Azalea.

2. Amendment
(a) Section 7(b)(i) of the Inactive Requisition Act shall be amended as follows.
The filing must include evidence of the individual having failed to log in for 30 days, and must demonstrate that there is some balance of more than $1,000 a balance greater than $0 to be requisitioned.

(b) Section 7(c) of the Inactive Requisition Act shall be amended as follows.

A judge will see the request and issue a ruling either granting or denying the requisition. The requisition should be denied if evidence that the individual has not logged in for 30 days is lacking , or if evidence that more than $1,000 can be requisitioned is lacking.



Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage
