Prevent the exploitation of new players' wealth and resources for another's profit or advantage, and establish the punishment for such actions to be decided by judicial ruling.
1 Pronouncement and intention
(a) This bill is being introduced to protect new players from exploitation and to ensure a fair and supportive environment for newcomers to, the glory that is, Azalea Isles. It aims to prevent established players from taking undue advantage of new player's wealth, resources, and/or labor.
2 Definitions
(a) Immigrant: Referring to new players joining CityRP
(b) New Players: Any citizen with a playtime of 48 hours or less
3 Prohibition of Exploitation
(a) It is illegal to take advantage of a new player's wealth, resources, and/or labor for another's profit or advantage without fair compensation.
(b) This includes but is not limited to, coercing new players into unfavorable trades, deceiving them into giving away valuable items, using their resources without fair compensation, or purposefully and significantly underpaying for hired tasks.
4 Punishment
(a) The punishment for violating this Act shall be decided by the ruling of a judge in a court of law.
(b) Judges will have the discretion to determine appropriate penalties based on the severity of the violation and the circumstances of the case.
(c) Judges will have the discretion to allocate funds to the alleged exploited citizen prior to the case being closed, should the judge feel the case is with confidence. This allocation of funds shall be subtracted from the settlement at the end of the trial, and should not exceed that of $500.
5 Criminal Code
(a) The following shall be added to the Criminal Code under "Miscellaneous"
6 Enforcement
(a) The Ministry of Justice will be responsible for enforcing this Act. However, an individual may sue under this Act without the involvement of the Ministry of Justice, through the use of private practice lawyers.
(b) Reports of exploitation should be investigated promptly and thoroughly to protect the rights and resources of new players
Enactment: This act will take immediate effect upon receiving crown approval.

(i) This should only be used in emergency cases!
5 Criminal Code
(a) The following shall be added to the Criminal Code under "Miscellaneous"
(i) Law Name: Immigrant Exploitation
(ii) Short Description: Taking advantage of a new player's wealth, resources, and/or labor for another's profit or advantage without fair compensation.
(b) The following shall be listed as punishment for the above:(i) A minimum fine of $500 at the discretion of the courts, in addition to any other ruling made by such a judge.
