Requested Court Orders​

1. Direct Search Warrant against asexualDinosaur​

The Azalea Isles Government requests a search warrant permitting the Government to view all transaction records of Minister of Justice AsexualDinosaur for the past 5 weeks, starting on July 5. Including all personal and company-related accounts that, in the same time frame, directly or indirectly received funds from Joryjman (Brimfire12).

Reasons for Request​

The Azalea Isles Government requests the aforementioned court orders as part of an investigation into suspected Corruption under the New Criminal Code Act §6.c.

On July 30, 2026, Parliament started a hearing into accusations that Minister of Justice AsexualDinosaur engaged in the act of Corruption by taking money from Joryjman to remove multiple outstanding warrants. Due to information released during the hearing, the Ministry of Justice, acting under my authority as Lead Prosecutor, has launched an investigation into accusations of corruption. Currently, the investigation has firsthand witness statements from Phoenix Flamesong, who was Deputy Minister of Justice at the time. Member of Parliament Musicia has also provided a witness statement to the Investigation that supports the accusations of Corruption filed against Minister of Justice AsexualDinosaur.

The Minister of Justice, AsexualDinosaur, so far has shown open disregard for the questions asked during the Parliamentary hearing and has openly refused to hand over the requested financial records to the Parliamentary Hearing.

Due to the witness statements, the Ministry of Justice finds that it has enough evidence to request a warrant to obtain the requested financial records.

I, as Lead Prosecutor, representing the Ministry of Justice, authorize this warrant and affirm that all allegations and statements made are true to the best of the prosecutor's knowledge, information, and belief and that any falsehoods may bring the penalty of perjury.

The Azalea Isles District Court reviewed the transcript of the recent Parliamentary Hearing into the former Minister of Justice, Asexual Dinosaur, and finds that the sworn testimony of the two Members of Parliament in the Parliamentary Hearing fulfills the probable cause threshold for a search warrant into the suspect's recent financial records.

Given that this is a warrant request, the Court Orders Procedure Act does not apply.

Search Warrant​

The Ministry of Justice is hereby granted permission to retrieve and search all financial records of the suspect beginning on 2026-07-05 to date, which includes the transaction history of their personal balance, their personal bank accounts as well as the business balance and bank accounts of all private companies and organizations currently (or at any time during this search time-frame) majority-owned by the suspect, Asexual Dinosaur.

The Crown is asked to assist in facilitating access to transaction logs of personal and business balances, where necessary.
All Financial Institutions within the Jurisdiction of the Azalea Isles are ordered to provide copies of all relevant transaction records within this scope to the Ministry of Justice, upon their request.
