1. Investigative Warrant​

The Azalea Isles Government requests a search warrant permitting the Government to view all transaction records regarding a business called AzaleaSolidarityParty owned by Anthony_org within a span from 30 September 2026 to 7 October 2026

Reason:
Subject created a business in game called AzaleaSolidarityParty. Azalea Solidarity Party is owned by moosepatrol10. When the victim was promoting his political party, subject replied to his message telling citizen to donate to a fake company he created which is name AzaleaSolidarityParty. Subject then posted images in the chats showing that money was going into the company. We would like to request the transaction logs of thy business to ensure it fits into all of the requirement for prosecution

Evidence

As defined by the Court Library in the article "Court Orders, Powers and Judgments":

Search Warrant: A court order authorizing law enforcement to search a specific location for evidence related to a crime. It requires probable cause and specifies the scope and limitations of the search.

The issuance of a search warrant requires that law enforcement demonstrate evidence sufficient to meet the probable cause standard in support of Defendant having committed a crime.

In its request, the Ministry of Justice has failed to name any specific crime(s) that it suspects Mr. Org may be guilty of.

Additionally, the alleged representative of the Ministry of Justice, @S_Starlight, is not yet known to me and has not presented any proof of being authorized to represent the Ministry before the Court in this matter.

The Ministry of Justice has 48 hours beginning now, to file an amended request as a new message in this thread, which shall specify which crimes it suspects the Defendant may be guilty of and provide a documented authorization for this request by either the Minister of Justice, a Deputy Minister of Justice or the Prime Minister.

Should this deadline expire without such an amended request having been received by the Court, the request shall be denied.
